Resolving Confrontation

CBC offers interactive workshops to raise awareness and deepen the understanding of students with special needs to school personnel. Proactive and positive communication strategies are discussed and collaboratively learned throughout each workshop. Participants will learn evidence-based strategies to effectively resolve situations when confronted by anxious, antagonistic or potentially aggressive individuals while protecting those in their care. This results in increased confidence and contributes to a positive school climate.
